Chicken Meatballs with Butternut Spaghetti

The Ingredients

1 Butternut squash (Or another squash you like)
1 pound of chicken meat (0.5 kilo)
1 egg.
40 gram of parmesan cheese.
200 gram of low calorie feta cheese.
A glass of your favorite pasta sauce.
1 teaspoon of garlic power.
Salt and peper.

Step One: The Butternut Squash

Cut that bad boy in half and take the seeds out. Then pop it in the microwave for 6 minutes pr. pound/0.5 Kilo.

Step Two: The meatballs

Mix chicken, feta, egg, parmesan cheese and spices in a bole.
Make small meatballs and put them on a pan.

Step Three: The Spaghetti

When the Butternut Squash is done in the microwave let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Take a fork and make spaghetti by combing it out.

Step Four: Eat up!

Put the spaghetti on a plate. And some meatballs and pour some pasta sauce on top.
